July 2021 I-751 Filers Removal of ConditionAccording to USCIS calculator, earliest date to submit i751 was Friday 07/02/21. I sent out my package on Thursday 07/01/21 using regular uscis delivery. They said my package will be delivered on Tues 07/06 since it's Independence Day weekend. Package was delivered on Saturday 07/03.
Any ways, here is my current status. I751 filed jointly with spouse.
09/30/19: 2yrs GC Issued07/03/21: i751 package delivered to lockbox
07/07/21: CC charged and text msg received with LIN receipt #.Chicago
04/11/19 : Priority Date (i130, i130A, i145, i765, i864, i693 l USC spouse)05/13/19 : Biometrics
05/15/19 : Case Ready to Be Scheduled for Interview
08/16/19 : EAD Card is being produced.
08/20/19 : We Scheduled an interview
08/21/19 : EAD approval and Card in hand
09/30/19 : Interview
09/30/19 : New Card is in Production (I485)Tags:None

Frosty56, I used usps money order. On that check, I wrote to : US Department of homeland Security and from: My name and address. I don't remember signing it. You can google how to fill out the particular money order you have. Good Luck

And the waiting begins ???? sent my folder on Monday, got a text it was recieved 2 days ago and that a receipt will be mailed

checked on line and confirmed
They said they will mail a receipt notice my question is,is this the extension letter they are sending or?Comment

19 July 2021 : Overnight USPS Document Package to USCIS Lockbox Arizona
20 July 2021 : USPS provides proof of delivery to USCIS Lockbox 21200 signed by USCIS representativeDocument Package contents (2lb 3 oz):
1. Cashier's Check for $680 payable to the US Department of Homeland Security drawn from joint filers joint bank account with a memo line for I-751
2. Form G-1145 Request for e-Notification
3. Cover Letter
4. Supporting documentation of Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence namely:
- Copy of Permanent Resident Card
- Joint bank statements for the recent 6 months past
- Scans of joint credit cards, AARP cards, Costco and Amazon membership accounts
- Utility statements (Gas, Water, Electricity, Telecom, Internet) for the recent 6 months
- Joint auto insurance / Joint term AD&D insurance
- Individual tax returns (married filing separately) 2020, 2019, 2018
- Evidence of shared mailing addresses (residence and PO Box)
- Photographs
- Health care directives for both Petitioner & US Citizen Spouse assigning each other as authorized representative
- Durable power of attorney for Finances for both Petitioner & US Citizen Spouse assigning each other as DPOA
- Durable power of attorney for Healthcare for both Petitioner & US Citizen Spouse assigning each other as DPOA
- Affidavits of Support from two common friendswe have not received any text or e-Notification as of this writing.

08/05/21: 18 months Extension Letter receivedQuick question: on your letters (I-797), is the petitioner same as the beneficiary? Was thinking the petitioner section should be the US citizen spouse or is it same for everyone?

My package was delivered July 15th. My card hasn’t been charged till now and I’m worried ????????. I hope i didn’t do something wrong? Maybe I should’ve used money order instead but I wanted to know when they accept the application that’s why I used the credit card form. GC expired 8/2/21 helppp????

If its going to make you feel better, we haven't received a single word from USCIS after filing on July 19th, with a confirmed USPS delivery on July 20th, not a text message (because we filed a G-1145), no receipt mail, no extension letters like Frosty56 who filed out in Irving, TX. We could be in for a wait. I don't have any knowledge about calling in to check, I think its just a huge waste of time, is there any particular reason you are worried that the GC expired on 8.2.21? impending travel? or impending employment? maybe if you can give more information the others in the thread can give you a better advise

Not exactly, the only limitation I have right now is that my license has expired and I have to be taken back and forth from work. But other than that my work hasn’t said anything. Another important thing is that I thought biometrics was $150 so my total amount i requested be charged from my CC was $765 instead of $680. I am hoping the incorrect amount does not cause further delay.
