$500 Sign on Bonus Must be 18+ and a high school graduate or equivalent to be employed by SDMI SDMI is seeking a Front Desk Admitter Float to join our team and serve as the face of our organization. This position will float to any/all SDMI facilities and will be assigned varying shifts based upon business needs. A Day in the Life as a Front Desk Admitter:You will greet and interview patients and verify that all ID, insurance cards, and necessary paperwork are in the system. You will also register patients and ensure proper data entry is charted. You will answer phones and assist with questions from patients, doctor’s offices, or patient families. Run Credit Card transactions daily including but not limited to co-payments, deposits, issuing receipts, posting payments and balancing your journal. You will also assist with medical records as needed. You can expect to be scheduled Monday-Friday, between 7am-10pm (8 hour shift).
You are an ideal candidate if you…
Have at least one year of experience in admissions in a hospital or medical office setting
Have the ability to multi-task in a high volume office setting
To ensure success in this role, you must…
Be able to travel to other facilities based upon business needs
Be able to work any/all shifts based upon business needs
Be at least 18 years of age and a high school graduate or equivalent
Be detail orientated and willing to assist other departments as needed
Have the ability to remain calm and professional under all circ*mstances
